1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

• Patients must complete and submit the required information form before their appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Rebooking fee for last-minute cancellations: $75
• No-show fee: $100
• Late arrivals will experience longer wait times—please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid delays.

2. Medical Exam Fees

• Adults (15 years and older): $200 (includes standard blood tests).
• Children (14 years and younger): $120 (blood testing is not required).
• Additional tests may be required at the physician’s discretion, and associated costs will be the patient’s responsibility.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Additional Medical Test Costs

• A chest X-ray is required for all patients aged 11 years and older:
• $40 in Kitchener-Waterloo
• $50 in Toronto
• Payment for the X-ray is made directly to the X-ray facility, and patients will be directed accordingly.
• Additional tests may be required at the physician’s discretion during the medical examination, and any further costs will be communicated at that time.

4. Payment Policy

• Payment is required in full at the time of the appointment.
• Accepted payment methods: Debit or Cash only.
• Credit card payments are subject to an additional processing fee of $10.
• E-transfers are not accepted.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• Panel Doctors performs medical examinations in accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requirements.
• We are not responsible for IRCC processing times or decisions regarding your application.
• Test results are submitted directly to IRCC and cannot be modified once submitted.
• Panel Doctors is not liable for any medical findings that may impact your immigration process.
