    Extension; Work Permit; Family or Spousal.
    Includes standard bloodwork and PDF copy of e-Medical Information Sheet
    (IMM1017).
  • Chest X-ray is an additional fee of $50
  • Includes PDF copy of e-Medical Information Sheet (IMM1017)
  • Chest X-ray is required for those age 11+ at an additional fee of $50
  • You may choose this option if you are currently applying for refugee status
  • You have never before completed a Canadian Immigration Medical Exam
  • Requires valid documentation which will be requested at your appointment.

If you are booking for more than one person, simply indicate it in the appointment notes upon booking. Please fill out one form per person.

The Immigration Medical Exam fee is $200.
Children ages 0-14 receive 40% off.

The x-ray fee is $50, payable to the x-ray department directly.
Additional fees may be required if further blood testing is needed.

    documents.
  • Government documents: If you have received any documents from Immigration
    Canada, such as: Refugee Protection Claimant document or Medical Report –
    Client Biodata and Summary Form – IMM 1017
  • List of medication
  • Glasses, or contact lenses, if you wear them (for the vision test)
  • Translator if you require one
  • Payment – we accept debit or cash; credit card is subject to an additional surcharge fee.

Children 11 years and up require a chest x-ray.
Children 15 years and up require blood testing.

No. You still need to have a medical exam even if you are pregnant.

However, some parts of the exam (x-ray) may be postponed until after you give birth. This will not This will not affect the outcome of your application.

We only use eMedical. We send all of your results directly to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Once you have completed your medical exam and additional tests (x-ray, blood test, urine), reports will be submitted within 5 – 10 business days.

No, you do not need to bring photos with you to your appointment. We will take your photo at the office.
